CNC Turning Centers

Our facility is equipped with a variety of CNC turning centers that allow us to handle complex machining tasks with high precision. These include multiple models from industry-leading brands, providing flexibility for various production needs:​

These machines allow us to achieve precise turning and milling operations, enabling high-quality production runs for complex parts and components.

Machining Centers

Our machining centers are capable of 3 axis and 4 axis milling operations, giving us versatility and efficiency for various machining tasks. Our 3 axis milling machines allow us to perform precise linear cutting operations and our 4 axis milling machines add rotational capabilities to perform intricate, multi dimensional machining. These machines make it possible for us to create parts with complex geometries and tighter tolerances.

Our machining centers are equipped with the latest technology to ensure precision and efficiency in every project, whether it involves 3-axis or 4-axis milling. These capabilities allow us to meet the unique specifications of various industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive.

EDM and Specialized Equipment

To ensure the highest level of accuracy, we employ Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) technologies:

  • SODICK ALN 600

We also provide additional capabilities such as laser marking, automatic wire hole drilling, and specialized drilling equipment like Watkins CNC control drills and Kingsbury drills. This large array of equipment allows us to perform precise quality checks, meet very tight tolerances, and manage difficult machining tasks.

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

We utilize advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect complex geometry and GD&T.
