Office Facilities
George Podlasek began Winslow
Automatics in 1956 with a contract to produce a single
airframe fastener. His organization was comprised of two
employees, two machines, and a 3,000 square foot plant
in New Britain, Connecticut. Under his leadership, Winslow's
name became synonymous with quality, reliability and productivity.
Today, under the guidance of his son, Janusz Podlasek,
this family-owned business has grown to over 100 full-time
employees; 65,000 square feet of climate controlled manufacturing
area; and 10,000 square feet of office facility. But,
the basic mission of Winslow Automatics has never changed.
